Gold Envy: A beautiful shimmery sheer wash of gold.  This is one of my favorite colors out of this palette.  It works great as an all over color and a highlighter under the brows.

Golden Lady: A gorgeous shimmery dark copper.  The texture is creamy and applies smoothly.  Pair Golden Lady with Gold Envy and you have the perfect eye look for everyday that is work appropriate.

Second Nature: A sheer olive eyeshadow color.  Second Nature is my least favorite out of this collection.  Honestly, I find this shade a bit muddy for my taste.

Cocoa Luster: A dark brown matte eye shadow color infused with small flecks of glimmer.  The texture is definitely more chalky than Gold Envy and Golden Lady.  This shadow would work great for the outer-V for a smokey brown look.  However, I found this shadow a bit difficult for blending.

The Bottom Line:  Overall, this is a fairly decent eyeshadow palette.  The colors in this palette are so versatile that can be worn all year long.  Individually, these eye shadows sell for about $12 each.  So $16 for 4 eye shadows is definitely a steal! My favorites out of this collection is definitely Gold Envy and Golden Lady. Hey..I’m a sucker for shimmer!  If you’re looking for a neutral everyday palette, this might be for you.  However, if you love color with impact, you might want to look elsewhere.
