Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream Review
A couple weekends ago, I was strolling down the beauty isle at Costco. From time to time, you can find great beauty deals on beauty products like MAC, Stila, etc. It’s always fun to see what they have in store. At the end cap, there was a mound of Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Creams sold in a 3 pack. The cost? $6.99 for 3 tubes of hand cream. That’s a little more than $2 a tube - I was sold!
Approx. Price: $5 for a 2 oz. tube
The Bottom Line:
Thank you Neutrogena! My dry, chapped, and cracked (eek!) winter hands are now soft and smooth. The texture of this cream is thick and it does take awhile for it to dry. But once it’s dry, my hands feel so much softer! Unlike most hand creams, greasiness is not a factor.
I have been using this hand cream daily for a week, and my hands look and feel so much better. I admit that the bottle is a bit small, but it is super concentrated - you only need a pea sized amount for maximum effectiveness. I love its compact size, because it can be easily thrown in your purse or sitting on your desk at work. So if any of you are in the market for a inexpensive hand cream, Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream is the way to go!
FAB TIP: For extra savings - Go to Costco, and get this 3 pack for about $7. Also, I believe I’ve seen a coupon for this in Costco’s coupon mailer.

I agree whole-heartedly! I love this stuff. I do get bored with it because it’s rather plain. But then again that’s why I keep going back to it. It has almost no scent, so it doesn’t become obvious when in public, won’t clash with your perfume or other beauty products…it does exactly what you need it to, even men like it, you won’t leave a greasy hand print every where you go, and yes a dab ‘ll do ya!
It’s the one thing that I keep going back to when other hand creams come and go. I can count on it!

Beka - I’m glad you like this hand cream as well! I do like how this hand cream does not have a scent.

Edit to my last comment:
Well now I have to say that the ones Costco carries do NOT say Fragrance Free. And in fact they have a strong scent. My husband and I both find it overwhelming. I’ll be sticking to the Fragrance free version I still found at Wal-Mart.
Bummer, the costco price was so good!

Beka - I’m sorry that you didn’t like the scent. Personally, I’m okay with it. Yes, the Costco price was so good - that was the lure!
