I had a chance to check out Nuance Salma Hayek Lasting Wear Gel Eyeliner in Black.

Loaded with Aloe vera and vitamin E,  Nuance Salma Hayek Lasting Wear Gel Eyeliner claims to gently soothe and condition the skin around the eyes. Also, it contains Calendula and avocado oils nourish delicate lids.  This eyeliner is Ophthalmologist tested, hypoallergenic, and fragrance free.

The Bottom Line

I love gel eyeliners and in pencil form, it sounds even better doesn’t it?

I really had high hopes for Nuance Salma Hayek Lasting Wear Gel Eyeliner, but it sadly disappoints.  I do give kudo points that this pencil eyeliner makes the look of gel liner easy to apply and it is super pigmented.  However, the eyeliner itself is a bit too soft making it difficult to control the thickness and thinness of the eyeliner.  Also, at the end of the day, I was left with raccoon eyes. Eek!

Nuance Salma Hayek Lasting Wear Gel Eyeliner in pencil form is a great concept, but it needs to be fine tuned.
