NYX’s newest palette in Velvet Rope is one of the four new shades for Winter 2010.  Velvet Rope contains 10 eyeshadows to mix and match to create a purple eye look.  I’m a huge fan of  NYX’s eyeshadow singles and lipglosses, but never tried their palettes.  Will I be a fan of this palette as well?
